The Twisted Wonderland promotional was a motion graphic assignment to make a promotional video for the Alice in Wonderland franchise. The task was to create a graphic to promote anything from the movies to the clothing to the books. For my video, I wanted to lean into the ‘twisted’ part of Twisted Wonderland and give the whole video an unsure and slightly creepy feeling. I also decided to do a bit of a twist on the character designs by illustrating them in Adobe Illustrator and changing the colors to be more reminiscent of the Cheshire Cat.
